Amber Spivey
Amber is a second-generation realtor, born and raised in the Williamsburg area. Her family has made their passion for local real estate a family career path.
Beginning with her career at Twiddy Realty in 1998, Amber has 25 years of experience in all aspects of real estate — including marketing, event planning, and property management. Having lived in several states throughout her professional life, Amber found her way home to Virginia in 2009, where her heart has always remained.
Amber is enthusiastic about helping others discover the hospitality, charm, and lifestyle the Williamsburg area has to offer, while also finding them the perfect home in the right community. She had an influential hand in the concept and planning of the New Town development and enjoys helping people with design endeavors for new builds.
In her personal life, Amber recently built a multi-generational modern farmhouse overlooking the Chickahominy River. Here, she enjoys her three children; Rissa, Emma, and Bennett, and Paul, her husband of 20 years. Their time together includes boating, hiking outdoors, and relishing the beautiful sunsets over the river from their back porch.
